ShopFloorOps is built by Chris Martin, a quality manager with about 20 years in manufacturing. His career runs through shop-floor operations, engineering, quality and leadership, and today he works in automotive supply under IATF 16949.
The tools, guides and workbooks here come from that work: the forms, checks and sequences a working quality team actually uses when a complaint lands, a supplier slips or an audit is coming.
